Potato cutlets

Lean and very tasty potato cutlets for your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 1 kg

Flour 5 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Peel the potatoes, put them in a saucepan and add water.

Boil until tender, drain the water.

Cool slightly, heat potatoes and add salt and flour. Mix well.

Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Potato cutlets are ready. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
