Chicken (1, 2-1, 5 kg) 1 piece
Apples 4-5 pcs
Butter 20 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Salt 1 tsp
Rinse and dry the chicken. Rub inside and out with salt.
Melt the butter and mix with the pressed garlic.

Wash the apples.
Cut into quarters.
