Ingredients
Beet 1 pc
Rice 50 g
Carrot 1 pc
Canned green peas 3 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Boil rice until tender and cool.
Boil the beets and carrots until tender. Cool, peel and grate.
Add green peas and rice.
Mix well. Season with salt and oil. Put in a salad bowl and let it brew. Serve to the table.
