Cooking time 30 minutes
Mozzarella cheese 100 g
Dutch cheese 120 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Butter 30 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Cut the mozzarella into slices, grate the Dutch and Parmesan cheese.
Boil water in a saucepan and salt.
Throw the pasta in a colander.
Grease a mold with butter and put 1/3 of the pasta in one layer.
Add mozzarella slices.
Add the second slice of pasta on top.
Sprinkle with grated Dutch cheese.
Add a third of the pasta and butter slices.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Beat eggs in a bowl and add a little salt.
Pour the egg mixture on top over the entire surface.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Cut into portions. Decorate as desired.
