Chicken fillet cutlets

Delicious and juicy chicken fillet cutlets with cheese. Just 30 minutes and an insanely delicious dinner is ready.

Chicken fillet 400 g

Cheese 100 g

Onion 1-2 pcs

Loaf slice 2 pcs

Milk 50 ml

Butter 50 g

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, peel the onion.

Pour the milk into the loaf slices.

Twist the fillet with onion and loaf through a meat grinder. Add egg and salt.

Grate cheese and mix with butter.

Divide the minced meat into pieces, form flat cakes and put a teaspoon of cheese mass on top.

Form the patties.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 1-2 minutes.

Put in a baking dish and cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Put the cutlets on a dish, cool slightly, decorate as desired.

Chicken fillet cutlets are ready. Can be served with your favorite side dish.
