Barley porridge with porcini mushrooms

Barley porridge with aromatic porcini mushrooms is a delicious dish prepared in the best traditions of Russian cuisine.

Porcini mushrooms 50 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste


Cover with water and leave for 2 hours.

Transfer to a saucepan, cover with cold water and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, until tender.

Pour dried porcini mushrooms with warm water and leave for 20 minutes.

In a frying pan with TM "Aleika" vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and diced carrots.

Drain the water, leave half. Fry mushrooms with vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Add pearl barley and mushroom infusion. Cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Barley porridge with porcini mushrooms is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
