Cauliflower cutlets with cheese

Cauliflower 200 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


Disassemble the cabbage into small inflorescences.

Chop finely and place in a bowl.

Add grated cheese, egg, flour and salt.

Well you stir the mass.

Form cutlets and put in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.

Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
