Cabbage rolls

Delicious stuffed cabbage rolls that can be cooked in a pan. The recipe is within the power of any housewife.

Cooking time 45 minutes


White cabbage 1 pc

Minced pork 500 g

Water 250 ml

Rice 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Sugar 1 pinch.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash the head of cabbage.

Cut at the stump. Remove the sheets.

Boil the rice until cooked and rinse.

In a bowl, combine the minced meat with rice and finely chopped onions.

Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Put the minced meat on a cabbage leaf and wrap it in an envelope.

Put in a frying pan.

Add grated carrots on top.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, butter and tomato paste.

Add water and some sugar and salt.

Pour the filling on top of the cabbage rolls and cook over medium heat, covered for 40-45 minutes.

The cabbage rolls are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish.
