Mushroom pots in the oven, a simple and tasty mushroom dish that can even be prepared in Lent.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Fresh champignons 5-6 pcs
Potatoes 3-3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
1/2 cup water
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel potatoes, carrots and onions.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.
Add coarsely chopped mushrooms.
Season with salt, pepper, add vegetable oil and mix well.
Place in baking pots.
Add 70 ml of water to each pot.
Close the lids and cook in the oven at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Serve the prepared roast in pots to the table.
