Buckwheat with pumpkin

Buckwheat with fragrant pumpkin is perfect for a lean dinner and not only.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Pumpkin 200 g

Buckwheat 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Bay leaf 1-2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add the diced pumpkin.

Add washed buckwheat, salt and bay leaf.

Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water.

Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.

Our buckwheat with pumpkin is ready. Place on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
