Whole chicken in the oven

The easiest and most delicious recipe for cooking aromatic and juicy chicken in the oven with a crispy crust.

Chicken (1, 3-1, 5 kg in weight) 1 piece

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Salt 1 tsp


Defrost the chicken and dry well.

Tie the legs and the carcass with a thread.

Add pressed garlic, and put a couple of cloves in the carcass.

Grate the outside with pressed garlic and salt over the whole carcass.

Put in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C and 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees C.

It is good to spill the prepared chicken with juice and let it cool slightly, remove the threads.
