Meat with tomatoes and cheese "New Year"

Delicate juicy meat on the bone, cooked in the oven, with tomato and cheese is an ideal version of a New Year's hot dish.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork on the bone 1 kg

Cheese 100 g

Tomato 2-3 pcs

Mustard 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into the flesh without cutting to the end. Rub well with salt.

In a bowl, combine the mustard, oil and pressed garlic.

Coat the meat on all sides.

Put in a bag for 2-3 hours to marinate.

Place a few slices of tomato into each cut.

Add cheese slices. Place the meat in a roasting sleeve and secure. Bake deep.

Cook the meat in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Open the sleeve and thoroughly pour the juice over the meat.

Put on a platter with herbs and vegetables.

Serve immediately to the table.
