Zucchini casserole

Zucchini casserole, a delicious summer dish for the whole family or for those who just happen to be on the doorstep.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Minced chicken 200 g

Cheese 200 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Zucchini 1 pc

Tomato 2 pcs

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse vegetables, peel potatoes.

Cut vegetables into slices.

Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat.

Grease the form with vegetable oil, put a layer of potatoes and a layer of zucchini. Salt. Add a small layer of minced meat.

Layer tomato and sprinkle with some grated cheese.

Repeat the layer, top with tomatoes and zucchini.

Pour sour cream.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the prepared casserole slightly.

Put on a platter and serve.
