Zucchini pancakes

Delicate zucchini pancakes with a golden crust will delight the whole family.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini (young) 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse the zucchini well and dry.

Grate (if the zucchini is no longer young, remove the skin).

Add eggs and salt.

Add flour.

Stir well until smooth.

Put small tortillas in a frying pan with heated oil with a tablespoon.

Fry on each side until golden brown, 2 minutes.

Put on a dish.

Our delicious zucchini pancakes are ready. Serve with sour cream to the table.
