Grilled chicken is a great and quick way to feed a large company in nature.

Chicken 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Spices for chicken 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken.

Cut lengthwise along the breast.

It is good to beat the chicken over the skin.

In a bowl, combine salt and spices.

Add vegetable oil and mix well.

Spread the chicken well on all sides and leave for 20 minutes.

Place the chicken on the wire rack.

Prepare the coals.

Fry, turning occasionally, 40-45 minutes, the heat should not be strong.

Put the finished chicken on a dish and serve.
