Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 9-11 pcs
Lard 50 g
Onion 1-2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into halves.
In a bowl, combine salt, black pepper and oil.
Add chopped onion and oil with salt and pepper to the potatoes. Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Add finely chopped dill, mix.
String potatoes, onions and bacon in turn.
Prepare the coals.
Cook over medium heat, turning for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot potatoes with lard and onions on skewers.
