Fried flounder

The easiest recipe for delicious fried flounder with crispy crust and onions.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Flounder 4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Lemon juice 1/2 pc

Green onion (feather) (for decoration) to taste

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Clean the fish well, remove the head and entrails, cut off the fins. Rinse well and pat dry.

Sprinkle the flounder with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

Salt the fish well and roll in flour on both sides.

Fry the flounder in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side.

Cut the onion into half rings into a bowl.

Add salt and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well.

Put the onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put the prepared fish on a dish and put the fried onions on top. Add small chunks of hot peppers and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions as desired.
