Baked meat with quince

Delicate, tasty baked meat with a fruity aroma. Baked quince just melts in your mouth. This is the easiest way to prepare delicious baked meat.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork 400 g

Quince 1 piece

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat. Beat off each piece. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Cut the quince into slices, salt, season with paprika and pour over 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Fry the meat in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

Place the meat in a baking dish. Lay the quince slices on top.

Make a "lid" of foil and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Remove from oven. Remove the foil "cover".

Put the slices of quince on the plates on top of the slices of meat, garnish with herbs and serve.

The baked meat with quince is ready. Can be served at the table.
