Chicken fillet in batter

Chicken fillet in batter, these are juicy chicken slices in a spicy turmeric breading with a crispy crust. A very tasty and bright dish.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Eggs 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Turmeric 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut into small slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Break an egg into a bowl, add salt and beat well, pour croutons into another bowl.

Add turmeric to a bowl of breadcrumbs and mix.

Dip the chicken pieces into the egg.

Then breaded.

Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Put on napkins.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Our chicken fillet in batter is ready. Serve with cheese sauce.
