Stew with pumpkin and beans

Stewed with pumpkin and beans, this is a wonderful dinner for the whole family without the hassle or expense.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pork pulp 200 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Canned red beans 100 g

Onion 1 pc

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Provencal herbs 1 tsp


Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Peel and seed the pumpkin. Cut into cubes.

Add the diced meat to the onion pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add the diced pumpkin.

Add dry herbs and some water. Cook covered for another 20 minutes, stirring over low heat.

Add canned beans, grated garlic and finely chopped dill.

Stir, season with salt and cook for a couple of minutes.

Our meat stew with pumpkin and beans is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
