Pumpkin with rice and raisins is a wonderful, tasty and healthy breakfast for the whole family.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Pumpkin 200 g
Rice 100 g
Raisins 2-3 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 2 tbsp l.
Natural honey 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse the rice, cover with cold water, cook until tender.
Peel the pumpkin from seeds and skin.
Heat vegetable and butter in a frying pan.
Add sliced pumpkin and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and simmer, covered, until soft.
Add boiled rice.
Add steamed raisins, salt and honey.
Mix well and let it brew under the lid.
Place in bowls and serve.
