Classic beef goulash with gravy

What to cook for dinner? Of course, delicious beef goulash with gravy and serve it with any side dish.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Beef (pulp) 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Water 200 ml

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse the meat, peel the onion. Cut the meat into cubes, finely chop the onion. Fry the meat and onions in vegetable oil in a saucepan.

Add chopped bell peppers and tomato paste in pieces.

Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and water.

Simmer, covered for 30 minutes, over low heat.

Combine sour cream and flour in a bowl.

Add to goulash and mix well, remove from heat at once.

Prepare mashed potatoes for garnish.

Put the goulash with garnish on the plates. Decorate with a sprig of greenery.

Beef goulash with gravy is ready. Can be served at the table.
