Pumpkin stuffed with meat with prunes

You can stuff a large pumpkin for the whole family or take several small pumpkins and make the dish in portions for one. In any case, the pumpkin is surprisingly tasty. Meat with prunes gives its unique taste.

Pumpkin 1 pc

Pork pulp 300 g

Prunes 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat. Peel the onion.

Rinse the prunes well.

Wash the pumpkin.

Cut off the "cap" of the pumpkin. Remove pumpkin seeds.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and sliced ​​meat. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add prunes, ground pepper and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Place the filling into the pumpkin. Grease the whole pumpkin with vegetable oil.

Wrap in foil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour.

Pumpkin stuffed with meat with prunes is ready. Can be laid out on a platter and served.
