Chicken with pumpkin and provencal herbs

The magical combination of tender chicken with pumpkin and aromatic spices will please even those who are not a fan of pumpkin.

Cooking time 1 hour


Chicken (½ part of a carcass) 400-600 g

Pumpkin 400 g

Provencal herbs 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 pcs



Cut the chicken into portions.

Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel, cut into pieces.

Place the chicken and pumpkin pieces in a mold. Add Provencal herbs and salt. Pour in oil and stir.

Cover with foil and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Remove the cooked chicken and pumpkin from the oven. Remove foil.

Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
