Baked eggplants with cheese

Eggplant baked with cheese and garlic is the perfect combination that can be served to any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


White eggplant 3-4 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens)



Rinse and dry the eggplants.

Cut into slices, leaving the tails.

Place in a baking dish, season with salt, brush with vegetable oil and put cheese slices in the eggplant cuts.

Wrap the foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished baked eggplants with cheese and put on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and parsley. You can serve our delicious baked eggplant with cheese to the table.
