Pork with vegetables

Cut the meat into pieces, peel and finely chop the onion.

Rinse the peppers, carrots and zucchini well. Peel the carrots, peel the seeds from the pepper.

Fry the meat with onions in a pan with vegetable oil until half cooked.

Cut the carrots and peppers into pieces.

Add carrots and peppers to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes. Until meat and carrots are cooked.

Cut the courgettes into slices.

Add the courgettes and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add ground pepper and salt.

Rub the tomatoes.

Add mashed tomatoes to the pan. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

For garnish, boil long pasta sticks and season with hot butter.

Place a serving of pasta and meat with vegetables on a plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley before serving. Pork with vegetables is ready. Can be served at the table.
