Chicken fillet 3 pcs
Baltic cheese 50 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Pine nuts 2 tbsp l.
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet well.
Cut each chicken fillet into two layers.
Spread the fillets on the board and beat well. Salt.
Mix the grated cheese, pine nuts and mayonnaise.
Spread the filling on each piece of fillet.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Roll each roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on all sides for 7-20 minutes, turning over.
If you've used toothpicks, remove them. Place the rolls on a platter with lettuce and vegetables.
