Fried flounder

Fried flounder in a crispy golden breading with aromatic spices cooks quickly and turns out to be delicious and appetizing.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Flounder 4 pcs

Homemade large breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. l.

Bread mixture of various bread crumbs 1 tbsp. l.

Ground black pepper to taste

Sweet ground paprika 1 tsp

Vegetable oil for frying

Lettuce leaves for serving

Green onion (feather) for decoration

Salt to taste


Rinse and clean the fish well.

Remove the head, fins and entrails from the fish. Rub the flounder with salt.

On a plate, mix together paprika, crackers and black pepper.

Bread well our fish in a mixture.

Fry the flounder in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Fried flounder is ready. Put the finished fish on a dish and cool slightly. Serve with herbs and lettuce.
