Meat zrazy with egg

Delicious, appetizing meat zrazy with an egg, an ideal dish for the Easter table and more.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Hard cheese 50 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Prepare minced meat, boil carrots and peel. Rinse the parsley. Grate cheese.

Mix the minced meat, grated carrots, grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.

Season with salt, pepper and mix the minced meat. Blind small cutlets, put an egg in each cutlet and roll tightly into a ball.

Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool ready meat zrazy.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Serve to the festive table.
