Pasta with minced meat and green beans

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 200 g

Green beans 150 g

Long grooved pasta (or pasta) 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into strips.

Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add carrots and onions. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 glass of water, season with salt, pepper and simmer covered over medium heat for another 5-7 minutes.

Boil the green beans in salted water for 3-5 minutes.

Boil the pasta until tender and season with a little vegetable oil.

Add beans and noodles to the pan. Stir, salt to taste if desired.

Let it brew for 10-12 minutes and arrange on plates.

Serve to the table.
