Fried pollock

Fried pollock is quick, simple, tasty and healthy! Fried pollock chunks in a crispy crust will instantly fly apart at a family dinner.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Pollock carcass 2 pcs

Fish sauce (to improve the taste of fish) 5 tbsp. l.

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil for frying

Onion 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel pollock and cut off the fins and tail. Cut into portions.

Place fish pieces in a bowl.

Season with salt, pepper and add fish sauce. Leave the pollock for 20 minutes.

Dip the fish pieces in flour and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil.

Fry the pollock on both sides.

Place on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped onions and parsley.

Our fried pollock is ready. Can be served at the table.
