Christmas meatball wreath

An appetizing Christmas wreath of meatballs in an original presentation, under a crispy cheese crust will attract the attention of guests. A tasty and simple dish, a great option for a festive table.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced meat 400 g

Onion 2 pcs

Hard cheese 100 g

Cream 20% fat. 100 g

Provencal herbs 1 tsp

Table mustard 1 tsp

Parsley (herbs) for decoration

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Mash the minced meat well.

Grind the onion in a blender.

Add chopped onion, mustard and half grated cheese to a bowl of minced meat.

Mix well, season with salt and pepper.

Blind small meatballs and place in a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine cream and provencal herbs and season with salt.

Pour the meatballs with the mixture.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Take out the dish with meatballs and sprinkle with cheese on top, cook for another 10 minutes.

Put the finished meatballs on a dish in a circle, pour the meatball sauce into the middle. Decorate with parsley.

Serve the meatballs hot for the festive Christmas table.
