Pork pulp for roasting 400 g
Sour apples 2 pcs
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Paprika 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the meat well.
Make cuts in slices not completely and rub with salt and paprika.
Cut the apple into slices and insert into the meat cuts.
Transfer to a baking bag and place in a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.
Cool the finished meat and put on a dish with lettuce, herbs and slices of fresh apple.
