Any holiday will win if you make pork chops with mushrooms and cheese. Thanks to light roasting and a cheese blanket, the meat turns out to be incredibly juicy, and the mushrooms give their taste, making the chop tender and appetizing.

Ingredients
Pork slice (balyk) 3 pcs
Fresh champignons 4 pcs
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Universal seasoning 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Vegetables for decoration
Greenery for decoration
Salt to taste
Preparation
Rinse and dry the meat well.
It is good to beat off from both sides.
Rub with Vegeta Natur.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse and peel the mushrooms. Cut into slices and fry in a little oil, 2-3 minutes. Add a pinch of all-purpose seasoning.
Put the chops on a baking sheet. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Lay out the fried mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Put on a platter with lettuce and garnish with vegetables and herbs.
