Pike perch baked in foil

Pike perch baked in foil, according to this recipe you can cook a fragrant delicate fish that just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Pike perch 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Cherry tomatoes (for decoration)

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Preparation

It is good to clean and gut the walleye. Peel and coarsely chop the onion, peel the carrots and cut into slices. Wash and dry the parsley well.

Put the fish on a large piece of foil. Grate it well with universal seasoning. Put parsley inside. Put onions and carrots from the edges.

Top with olive oil and cover well with foil on all sides. Cook in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 25 minutes.

Remove parsley and onion from cooked fish. Cut into portions. Put fish pieces, carrot circles on a dish with lettuce leaves. Add cherry tomatoes halves and herbs.
