Chum salmon with potatoes

Chum salmon with potatoes, these delicate pieces of fish with stewed vegetables melt in your mouth.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chum salmon fillet 400 g

Potatoes 4 pieces

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Dill (greens) to taste


Cut the fish fillet into pieces.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Coarsely chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cut the carrots into slices.

Add carrots to onions and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add fish pieces and fry with vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Add potatoes and all-purpose seasoning, stir and add 1/2 cup water.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, covered.

Chum salmon with potatoes are ready. Put pieces of fish with vegetables on a dish, garnish with a sprig of dill and serve.
