New Year's salad "Mushroom tale"

New Year's salad "Mushroom tale" is a delicious layered salad with chicken and mushrooms for your festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Pickled mushrooms 50 g

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Salt to taste


Boil potatoes, cool and peel.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.

Boil eggs, cool and peel. Grate cheese and garlic.

Put grated potatoes in the bottom layer, salt to taste. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

In a separate bowl, combine grated cheese, grated boiled eggs, garlic and mayonnaise.

Put finely chopped chicken fillet in the second layer. Top with a layer of grated eggs with mayonnaise and garlic.

Sprinkle the entire surface of the salad with finely chopped dill.

Place the pickled mushrooms and serve.
