Beef 300 g
Mashed tomatoes 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Water 1 tsp.
Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
Parsley (greens) twigs.
Cilantro (greens) twigs.
Salt to taste
Cut the beef into pieces.
Chop the onion.
Put the onion and meat into the multicooker bowl.
Add vegetable oil and cook in the "FRY" mode for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add mashed tomatoes to a thicket with fried meat.
Add a glass of water and turn on the STEWING mode and cook for 20 minutes.
Grate carrots, cut mushrooms into slices.
