Cooking time 45 minutes
Mashed tomatoes or tomato paste 200 g
Chicken thighs (medium) 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry chicken thighs well. Rub with salt.
Fold into a multicooker bowl and add vegetable oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side on the "FRY" mode.
Add coarsely chopped onions and grated carrots. Fry for another 2 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes and a glass of water. Cook on STEAMING mode for 30 minutes.
Put on a platter with lettuce and garnish with herbs.
