Vegetable stew in a slow cooker, a quick and easy dinner that the whole family will love.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Cauliflower 150 g
Green beans (frozen) 200 g
Mashed tomatoes 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.
Salt to taste
Coarsely chop the onions and carrots.
Place in a multicooker bowl and add vegetable oil. Fry on the "FRY" program for 3-5 minutes.
Add green beans. Stir and turn on the STEWING mode for 20 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes.
After 10 minutes, add small cauliflower blossoms and halves of cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add finely chopped greens and salt.
Stir and let cool slightly. Put on plates and serve.
