Shrimp in Creole Tomato Sauce

Fry finely chopped garlic and parsley in vegetable oil.

Add pureed tomatoes, salt to taste and sugar.

Defrost the shrimp, peel and leave the tails as desired.

Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Put the ready-made shrimps on a dish with salad leaves and serve.
