Chicken fricassee


Chicken breast 300 g

Bulgarian pepper 100 g

Canned black olives 50 g

Green onion (feather) 3 g

Cream 20% fat. 100 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the chicken into strips.

Pepper in large cubes. Leave the olives intact.

Finely chop the onion.

Lightly fry the chicken and vegetables.

Add onion and cream. Salt and pepper to taste. We evaporate a little.

The chicken fricassee is ready.
