Meat in the sleeve with wild garlic and rosemary, this fabulous dish will be a gem on your holiday.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Pork pulp 300 g

Ramson 1 bunch

Rosemary 1 sprig

Cherry tomatoes for decoration

Mashed potatoes for decoration 100 g

Parsley (herbs) for decoration

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat and wild garlic.

Make cuts in the meat to make an accordion. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Chop the wild garlic coarsely and put in the meat.

Transfer the meat to a baking bag and place a sprig of rosemary on top.

Close the bag and put in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.

Lay out and cool. Cut into slices.

Place on a plate. Decorate with tomatoes, mashed potato balls and herbs. Serve to the table.
