Festive meat

Pork tenderloin 1 kg

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Rosemary 2 sprigs

Lettuce leaves

Parsley (greens)




Rinse and dry the pork tenderloin well.

Make incisions.

Season well with salt and pepper.

Coat with pressed garlic.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on all sides.

Transfer to a baking sheet or baking dish and add dry rosemary sprigs and oil from the pan. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C. Periodically watering with melted fat.

Suck the finished meat and cut into portions.

Put salad and herbs on a dish with leaves.

The festive meat is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
