Rolls with cheese

Rolls with cheese, a tasty and appetizing dish for a small company.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Bacon 100 g

Lasagne sheets 4 pcs

Ricotta cheese 200 g

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Butter 50 g

Milk 1.5% fat. 2 stacks

Wheat flour 1st grade 3 tbsp. l.

Lettuce leaves 1-2 pcs

Nutmeg to taste


Finely chop the bacon and fry.

Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water.

Mix cheese with bacon and finely chopped parsley.

Wrap 1 rounded tablespoon of cheese and bacon in each lasagna leaf.

Prepare the sauce, first fry the flour with butter a little, and then add milk, salt and nutmeg to taste, thicken over low heat, stirring constantly.

Pour the sauce over our tubules, placing them in a heat-resistant container, and bake at 180C until browning.

When serving, garnish with lettuce and a sprig of parsley.
