Rice with seafood in a slow cooker, this easy-to-prepare dish is perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Seafood cocktail 400 g
Cream 20% fat. 1 stack.
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Green peas (fresh or frozen) 1 stack.
Rice 1 stack.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preparation
Dice the carrots and sauté in vegetable oil.
Add finely chopped onions to the skillet with carrots and continue to brown.
Add seafood cocktail to vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, dill and simmer.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Add garlic and green peas to vegetables and stew a little more.
Add rice to the pan with vegetables and seafood.
After a minute, cream.
Let them thicken a little and put them in a slow cooker, pour water a centimeter above the rice.
Cook in the "Pilaf" mode for 1 hour. Stir well at the end.
