Pork steak in a pan

Pork steak in a pan with lingonberry sauce, a great choice to feed your beloved man

Cooking time 30 minutes


Pork steak 250 g

Provencal herbs to taste

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Lingonberry (frozen) 300 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Cognac 40% alcohol 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Greens for decorating twigs.


Marinate the steak for 3 hours in a mixture of vegetable oil, Provencal herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare lingonberry sauce. Put the lingonberries in a pan and simmer in vegetable oil, adding 2 cloves of garlic, passed through a garlic press. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the sauce thickens, add 1 glass of cognac and light it to evaporate. Allow to cool.

Fry the steak in a grill pan or ordinary skillet on both sides.

Serve with lingonberry sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
