Chrysanthemum salad

This festive Chrysanthemum puff salad with chicken and vegetables is a real find. It will appeal to your guests.

Chicken fillet 200 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs and chicken fillets in advance, cool and peel. Place a layer of grated potatoes on a flat dish and brush with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of chopped boiled chicken fillet, add a little salt and grease with mayonnaise.

A layer of grated carrots with mayonnaise.

A layer of grated cheese, a little mayonnaise. And sprinkle with finely chopped dill at the end.

Lay out a large flower from boiled eggs on top.
