Beef stew with vegetables, great for lunch or dinner. There is not much trouble with it, but the dish turns out to be incredibly tasty and aromatic.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Fillet of beef 300 g
Carrot 1 pc
Red onion 1 pc
Celery (stem) 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Canned beans (red) 1 ban.
Tomatoes in their own juice 1 ban.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the carrots, onion, celery stalk, bell pepper and simmer with salt and pepper to taste under the lid.
Add meat and canned beans to vegetables, simmer over medium heat until tender.
Add tomatoes chopped with a blender.
Simmer until thick. The beef stew is ready. Garnish with herbs when serving.
