Tomatoes in their own juice 200 g

Cream 20% fat. 1 stack.

Dried basil 1 pinch

Fettuccine 100 g

Parmesan cheese 40 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 pc

Cut the bacon into strips.

Fry without oil.

Chop the tomatoes with a blender with the addition of salt, pepper and basil to taste. Add to bacon and simmer over medium heat.

Boil the pasta at this time and add to it when the sauce thickens a little.

Mix everything, add cream and evaporate a little.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan and finely chopped parsley. The carbonara paste is ready.
